To begin services, please select either the "Pay In Full" option or the "Pay Deposit" option. Once payment is received, we will begin providing the administrative support and document preparation services that reflect our commitment to serving you with faith, diligence, and professionalism.
We will send the client a Disclaimer. The Disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions of our services, including notice that, the case will be referred to one of the contract licensed attorneys within our attorney referral network. Clients are never required to use a referred attorney and remain free to select legal counsel of their own choosing at any time.
Please Note: Services may be canceled within three (3) business days of payment for a full refund. After the fourth business day, fees are non-refundable because administrative work and document preparation will have begun.
Our service fee is a one-time charge for the current incarceration. We encourage clients to begin the preparation process as early as possible to allow adequate time for gathering, organizing, and preparing supporting documentation for parole review.
